The plancha is the perfect stage for quick, flavorful dishes - ingredients develop intense aromas directly on the hot surface, creating crisp textures and juicy meat or fish. Here are our three all-time favorites to elevate your next plancha gathering.

  • Gambas a la Plancha: A true Spanish classic for seafood lovers. Marinate fresh prawns briefly in olive oil, finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, and a touch of sea salt. Sear on a very hot plancha for 1–2 minutes per side until they turn pink and caramelized. Serve with creamy aioli, fresh baguette, and a squeeze of lemon juice - perfect as a tapas starter or a party snack.
  • Plancha Cheeseburger: Season beef patties (approx. 150 g each) with salt and pepper, then sear over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until a unique crust forms. Add a slice of cheddar or gouda just before finishing to melt perfectly. Serve in buttered, toasted buns with crispy bacon, fried onions, lettuce, and your favorite sauce - a juicy allrounder for all ages.
  • Vegetable Tapas: Fresh, colorful, and full of flavor. Toss bell peppers, courgette, and mushrooms in olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
