Shipment and shipment costs
A. Shipping Costs and Informationen:
Shipping of the goods is standardly possible only to the countries listed below. Depending on the scope of your order, shipping is carried out via DHL, GLS, or freight forwarding. You can find the respective shipping costs in the table below.
If you wish to ship to another country, please send us an email before placing an order (info@stahlglut.de) and provide the article with quantity and delivery address including country and corresponding postal code. We will then let you know promptly if we can ship to the desired country and – if delivery to the desired address is possible – inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to inquire about shipping options and costs with our shipping partner in advance
I. Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of €5.00 per order. Orders with a gross order value of €100.00 or more are shipped free of charge.
For orders under €10.00 in value, we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of €3.90.
For cash on delivery, we charge an additional flat fee of €7.90.
Some of our products are not shipped by default. This is indicated separately on the respective product page (pickup offer). If you are interested in shipping such a product, please provide the article with quantity and delivery address including country and postal code. We will then let you know promptly if and at what cost shipping is possible.
II. Shipping outside Germany
For orders under €10.00 in value, we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of €3.90.
Europe (excluding Switzerland & UK): Calculation based on order value, valid only for parcelable goods:
- 0,01 EUR to 599,99 EUR - Shipping costs: 18,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
- 600,00 EUR to 999,99 EUR - Shipping costs: 39,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
- 1.000,00 EUR to 2.000,00 EUR - Shipping costs: 99,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
- above 2.000,01 EUR - Shipping costs: 199,00 EUR (incl. VAT)
Freight forwarding shipments (non-parcelable goods up to max. 240cm edge length):
- Flat rate - Shipping costs: €179.00 (incl. VAT).
Switzerland/UK/Norway: Calculation based on order value, valid only for parcelable goods:
- 0,01 EUR to 99,99 EUR - Shipping costs: 27,00 EUR
- 100,00 EUR to.299,99 EUR - Shipping costs: 39,00 EUR
- 300,00 EUR to 999,99 EUR - Shipping costs: 99,00 EUR
- 1.000,00 EUR to 2.000,00 EUR - Shipping costs: 199,00 EUR
- above 2.000,01 EUR - Shipping costs: 299,00 EUR
Freight forwarding shipments (non-parcelable goods):
- Unfortunately not possible.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs). 1. Bank transfer (prepayment)
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the purpose of use. We will provide our bank details and the purpose of transfer separately by email as part of order processing.
2. Amazon Pay:
With Amazon Pay, you can pay quickly and securely in our online shop – simply using the payment information already saved in your Amazon account. Save time by automatically transferring your address and payment details from your Amazon account.
3. PayPal Checkout:
With PayPal Checkout, you can pay securely and quickly in our online shop – conveniently using your PayPal account. Use your saved payment information to complete checkout in just a few clicks. PayPal's buyer protection gives you extra security with every purchase.
4. Credit and debit card by PayPal:
With a credit or debit card, you can pay quickly and securely in our online shop. Simply enter your card details and your order will be processed immediately.
5. Ratepay invoice purchase by PayPal:
Order your desired items completely hassle-free and pay only after the goods have arrived and you have been able to check them thoroughly. This flexible payment solution gives you up to 30 days to settle the due amount.
6. GooglePay:
With Google Pay, you can pay quickly and securely in our online shop – simply with your Android device. Use the saved payment information from your Google account and complete the purchase with just a few clicks.
7. ApplePay:
With Apple Pay, you can pay securely and quickly in our online shop – simply using your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch. Say goodbye to lengthy input processes: With just a fingerprint or glance at your device, your payment is done in seconds.
8. Klarna (invoice purchase):
With Klarna invoice purchase, you can pay for your purchases with us conveniently on account. You receive your order first and then have 14 or 30 days to settle the amount – without any prepayment. This gives you plenty of time to check your products thoroughly before paying.
9. Payment in our Store (Credit- and debit card
You pick up the goods yourself and pay on site by EC or credit card. We will first inform you by email that the ordered goods are ready for pickup. After receiving this email, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address:

In this case, no shipping costs are charged.
